Vladivostok chefs actively fit into the festival of the Far Eastern scallop "On the Crest!". Guests and residents of the city for ten days 16 teams of restaurants and cafes of the city offered a variety of options for dishes of Far Eastern cuisine. Among the tasty offers: wheat noodles with scallop, squid and shrimp in cream sauce; Far Eastern flatbreads with scallop, squid and greens; eclair with scallop and snow crab salad; crispy tubes with juicy minced white fish and scallop with the addition of fragrant greens and vegetables; braniks with scallop and mushrooms, etc. 

p="tignify": >> During the work of the food court, 16,640 dishes were sold, including 7,230 from the Far Eastern scallop. And even the scorching sun did not become an obstacle. The maximum demand, as expected, was on June 28 on Youth Day and July 5 on the city’s birthday. These two days accounted for almost 70% of sales. 

The most active on the food court were the teams of Food and Point., Zuma, Russian Samovar, Omlet Station and TOKYO. 

Gastronomic master classes were also in great demand: 11 meetings with chefs of Vladivostok restaurants took place over two fes. Their participants listened to the stories of masters of gastronomy and carefully recorded the technologies of preparing certain dishes on the phone.
