Pyan-se and Milkis - "national" dish of Vladivostok
There are things without which Vladivostok is difficult to imagine. Pian-se is one of them. This Korean steam bun with meat, adapted to local tastes and has become a truly cult product. It is traditionally washed down with Milkis, a carbonated milk drink originally from Korea.
Piang-se can be found in street stalls, at stops, in food trucks and even in chain stores. It is eaten by everyone, from school children to office workers. It is easy to take with you, have a quick snack and taste the local taste without pathos. They say that if you haven’t eaten pan-se in Vladivostok, you haven’t been here.
