Far Eastern gastronomy will be presented on the “Street of the Far East”

The Eastern Economic Forum is an opportunity for the participants of the event who flew to Vladivostok from different parts of Russia and foreign countries to get acquainted with the Far Eastern cuisine.

And the Fish Market on Far East Street provides such an opportunity. But this is not a market in the usual sense. This is a modern food court, where a professional team of chefs from Vladivostok will present the gastronomic potential of the eastern borders of Russia.

The design of food outlets is designed in a single style, reflecting the atmosphere of the Far Eastern regions and taking into account the modern design.

The constant of all festivals and gastronomic events, one of the most popular dishes is the Far Eastern pilaf made of seafood. Always with respect and Primorye, and guests of the region relate to fish dishes in a variety of variations: from ears and fish dumplings to chebureks with crab and snacks from fern, from staples with kukumaria and Far Eastern solyak to flounder with vegetables and tubes with pollock. By the way, this choice is not accidental: in Primorye, gastro festivals are held, where these two types “dominate” in the menu. The menu will reflect the tastes of Southeast Asian countries, geography still requires: for example, carrots in Korean or Harumaki with seafood. There will be gifts of taiga on the table - taiga honey, jam from pine cones, tea and fruit from taiga herbs and berries.

  The traditional cuisine of the indigenous population of Chukotka will be presented on the food court “Streets of the Far East”. It's usually fish and deer meat. Therefore, borscht or dumplings with delicate venison will appeal to everyone.

  In total, guests of the Far East Street will be able to taste more than 30 dishes: salads, snacks, hot dishes and desserts.

  Fish market will operate from September 3 to 9, 2025. Mode: from 09:00 to 20:00 (to the last visitor).

  The X Eastern Economic Forum will be held from 3 to 6 September at the FEFU campus in Vladivostok. These days, the exhibition will be available to the forum participants, and on September 7, 8 and 9 it will open to everyone. The organizer of WEF-2025 is the Roscongress Foundation. The operator of the Fish Market is the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye).
