Strawberry Festival in Spassk-Dalny: tuned cars, cryogenic ice cream and bright carnival

The program gives you the opportunity to have fun, show off and enjoy gastronomic offers. And the guests of the holiday took their soul away, actively participating in all events. Someone was in a festive column, from the side - a real carnival, strawberry costumes amazed with variety. It is important to roll strawberry cars, tuning which could be envied by any car owner.

The festival guests not only enjoyed the festive atmosphere, but also tried various dishes, where the main ingredient was the club.

The final chord of the holiday was author's jam from Vladimir Kozhevin, where the main thing in the recipe is "love and a little pepper." According to him, the recipe of this sweet treat was passed on in the family from generation to generation, in Primorye he got along with his great-grandmother, who came to the east of Russia from the regions of western Belarus. For jam took more than 30 kilograms of strawberries, and at the end of the holiday guests received this sweet gift. And indeed, with strawberries, many people have the most pleasant memories from childhood, about family tea parties, trips to their grandmother.

"When discussing dishes, the controversy broke out in earnest. But the final word was for the professionals. Spassk is an industrial city, several city-forming enterprises. Now we are developing the theme of industrial excursions. And it was important that the guests of the festival saw not only modern technologies, but also that it was tasty and homely. And we also wanted to combine the history and the connection of a generation into one recipe. This turned out to be jam, explained Vitaly Stanislavchuk, head of the project management and analytics department of the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory.

We add that the festival is also a segment of regional agriculture. In Spassk there is a cannery, where jam is prepared from local strawberries, fresh berries are prepared, rubbed with sugar. No preservatives, just what nature gives. And strawberries, in addition to taste, have a number of useful properties. It contains important minerals necessary for the normal functioning of the body. This berry is an excellent source of vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system. It is rich in antioxidants that help fight inflammation and prevent the development of chronic diseases.

The festival venue in Spassk-Dalny was visited by more than two thousand people. During the holiday, the guests of the event ate more than 20 strawberry pies and bought almost 700 kilograms of strawberries: just eat, cook jam and even try to cook gastronomic masterpieces on recipes that they learned from seaside chefs.
