> In 2025, traditionally, in addition to the fresh fried fish understandable to everyone at a fixed price, guests of the festival will be able to taste author's dishes, where chefs compete in creative ideas, how to emphasize the taste of the usual winter fish with unusual combinations. Among the original dishes: rolls with pickled smelt, ice cream from navaga, spaghetti from squash with pollock, potato with smelt, flounder in citrus glaze and others.

According to the representative of one of the institutions participating in the festival, the brand chef of the Testo network Evgeny Vardakov, the first weekend was active.

" We started with great enthusiasm. This is our first time at the festival. Guests are interested in new dishes, everyone loves smelt. Positions in the menu are win-win: the usual roast with different snacks and sauces, as well as smelt pate with tartar, said Evgeny Vardakov .

One hallmark of this season's festival will be its cultural component. In collaboration with the famous in the city artist-handler Leha Hominid, an ironic series of miniatures dedicated to winter fishing was created. Here, every Primorsky is painfully familiar with the plots: a car that went under the ice, buckets from under terraco, desperate attempts to save phones that disappeared in the sea, fishermen drifting on the breakaway ice. In addition to the exhibition, the organizers are working on the creation of a literary and gastronomic performance dedicated to Vladivostok, "Captain V's Tales", which will be the final point of the festival.

Festival "Smell and Co." is organized by the School of Far Eastern Cuisine and the Pacific Tourist Union within the framework of the public project for the development of Far Eastern cuisine Pacific Russia Food with the support of the agency "Accurate!" and JSC "OKEANYBLOT."
