Strawberry gastronomy was mastered by young Saviors at master classes from the Tourist Information Center of Primorye

Three gastronomic master classes were held in educational institutions of Spassk-Dalnego. The program to promote Far Eastern cuisine in the schools of the region continues. Together with the chefs of Vladivostok restaurants, guys from Dalnegorsk, Nadezhdinsky district, Artem prepared. Now the basics of chef's art tried to master the students of Spassk-Dalnego.

The city where the Civil War ended, Cementograd did not take place and the strawberry capital of Primorye. This is all about Spassk-Dalny, a city that is closely connected with the history of the region, the economy and various delicious things. And it was the goodies that formed the basis of master classes that were held for the children of the chefs of the restaurants ZUMA and TOOMAN. Three gastro lessons, three gastro recipes and three age audiences. For someone, everything is new, and someone is already on the "you" with kitchen appliances.

The first master class was held at the MBEU CO "Intellect", where third-graders became participants in a delicious "lesson". Brand-chef of the restaurant ZUMA Roman Kotovsky shared with the guys the secret of cooking rolls. And not simple, but with a "highlight". Strawberries, actually. The recipe was received by the kids with a bang.

Participants of the second gastronomic master class were teenagers of the cadet class of the Ministry of Emergency Situations from the Center for Education “Attraction”. Brand-chef of TOOMAN Restaurant Bar Vladimir Kozhevin pleased the children with a simple but very tasty recipe for making a dessert made of cottage cheese, air marshmallow and pickled strawberries.

The final master class was held at the Spassky Technological College for children who are already preparing themselves for work in catering and the profession of chef. The cook duo in the person of Roman Kotovsky and Vladimir Kozhevin offered a real lunch: deep-fried tubes with pollock and cold strawberry soup.

The most curious were third-graders, this is the same age that is open for everything new. Future chefs considered themselves already experienced people, but listened and memorized diligently. The cadet class needed a go-ahead, and only after feeling free, the guys began to show interest. 

We note that one of the "main" dishes of all recipes was strawberries. And all because Spassk-Dalny is famous for the harvest of this berry. And here every year the festival "Strawberry Capital of Primorye" takes place. This year, this event will be an anniversary, the tenth in a row. The program necessarily has a gastronomic component: the most delicious jam, the most original pie, etc. And now the knowledge gained will be able to shine and our guys who mastered the master classes strawberry recipes.
