The media exploration project of the Tutu travel service sums up the results of 2023 and represents the winners among the regions.
In the leaders, Vladivostok is the first and so far the only city in the project, which received 10 points from its participants in two years. Today, the team members shared their impressions about the possibilities of exploring the East of Russia, about immersion in the atmosphere of Vladivostok (gastronomic diversity, sun, fogs, streets running to the sea, giant bridges, festivals, sails) with colleagues - journalists, bloggers writing about tourism, as well as with travel fans. In order to get acquainted with Vladivostok and Primorye, albeit for many in absentia, was not limited to only stories and demonstration of photo and video works, the audience tried to recreate the atmosphere of the region. All activated with excess added mood to adults. This event was co-organized by the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye). Excursion "walks" around the city were held in 3D format. As a result, all together “went” to the Gamova Peninsula and Voroshilovskaya Battery.
Gastronomic potential of the region was revealed by the chefs of the region, who became real ambassadors of Far Eastern cuisine. The guests tasted several dishes, among which the ear has already become famous in the Far East. More than 300 servings of dishes and more than 100 servings of Far Eastern tea were prepared. Important point: all presented dishes emphasize their Far Eastern authenticity through products that offer taiga and ocean. The participants of the event also got acquainted with wild cats – the Far Eastern leopard and the Amur tiger: they learned to create a tiger face in the style of origami, participated in a mini-quest on the “tiger” places of Vladivostok. Not without the creative component – painting gingerbread lighthouses. Now all participants of the event have their own lighthouse from Primorye! Recall that in 2023, Primorye was made 3.5 million visits by tourists and vacationers - residents and guests of the region.
In 2024, the region plans to raise the bar to 4 million.
The material was prepared by the Tourist Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye).
