Master classes, musical performances and unforgettable atmosphere: the program of the pollock street festival “O!Mega Vkustos”

During the three festival days, the chefs of 21 restaurants in Vladivostok and Buryatia will show that pollock is a “serious” fish, dishes from it are tasty and useful, but you can cook them even without much effort. Within the framework of the festival, chefs will hold more than 10 gastronomic master classes on the preparation of Far Eastern cuisine, and small participants of the event will participate in the painting of gingerbread. The children will be able to "draw" the famous symbols of Vladivostok. 

Leader of gastronomic master classes - author of the project "Gastronomic map of Russia", curator of the House of Russian cuisine at VDNKh Ekaterina Shapovalova. All master classes can be attended for free and without prior appointment.

Opening of the Second Pollock Festival "O!Mega Taste", a gastronomic performance from the team of the chefs - participants of the festival - "Vladivostorovka" (Alextovkagorodukhovka, "Alextorovkahovkahovka", "Alextorovka", "Alextorovka", "Alextorovkahovkahovka"/porovka" (Aspatorovka, "Aspatorovkahovkahovkahovkahovkahovkahovkahovkahovka" Pollock on the festive table. • 11:00 – creation of the art panel “Far Eastern Leopard”
• 11:30 – start of the sports flash mob from the running club RunDNSRun (100 people in leopard outfits, under the guidance of a trainer, will warm up near the festival stage, after which they will run 400 meters to the fountain and back)
• 12:00 – return of the flash mob participants to the stage (determination of the three most striking leopard images, presentation of prizes from the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Land of the Leopard” and the running club RunDNSRun)
• 12:20-13:00 – concert program (performances by vocal and dance groups of Primorsky Krai)
• 13:00-13:10 – quiz “Far Eastern Leopard”
• 13:10-14:00 – concert program (performances by vocal and dance groups of Primorsky Krai) region)
• 14:00-14:30 – creative competition-fashion show of leopard costumes (choosing the king and queen of the leopard day, awarding the winners)
