On Christmas Eve, the Tourist Information Center of Primorsky Krai (Visit Primorye) will pay tribute to dumplings

What New Year holidays without dumplings?  After all, this is not just food, but a whole gastronomic philosophy. Dumplings are considered a symbol of Russian cuisine. They are popular not only in Russia. Sculpting dumplings is a real ritual and family traditions, when all family members are involved in the process. And the gastronomic variety knows no limit: fried, boiled, with meat, with various additives. Each region tries to bring something different.

> So you give me a dumpling! And on January 5 in New Year's town (0+) a real dumpling holiday will be held in the central square of Vladivostok. Each of the participants of the dumpling feast will offer their own dish, preparing 150-200 dumplings in advance. Who will surprise the guests?
