About the taste and benefits of pollock told schoolchildren during gastronomic lessons

The children's gastronomic master class dedicated to the pollock festival "O!Mega Vkustos" was held at school No. 60 in Vladivostok. In a series of tasty lessons, where wild white fish became the main topic, it was the final. But these lessons were a kind of start before the third gas festival.
Together with the chef of TOOMAN Restaurant Vladimir Kozhevin, tenth-graders immersed themselves in the world of modern gastrotrends and mastered the preparation of smoked pollock smear with fried bread and raspberry sauce. Unexpected combination of familiar products had to taste the young cooks.

The Pollock Festival "O!Mega Taste" started in Vladivostok restaurants on May 19, and on May 30 it goes out on the streets of the city. Events dedicated to this event will be held on the embankment of Sports Harbour and will last until June 1 inclusive.
Recall that the project to conduct gastro lessons in schools of Vladivostok was launched in 2023-2024 academic grounds. It was organized by the Tourist and Information Center of the Primorsky Territory (Visit Primorye) together with the Department for Work with Municipal Education Institutions of Vladivostok.
