In restaurants of Vladivostok embody the flowering of rhododendron in desserts and drinks

To the local history "Festival of rhododendron" (0+) joined the restaurants of Vladivostok. Residents and guests of the Far Eastern capital will be able to enjoy dishes, desserts and drinks, which combine the gastronomic traditions of the region, the principles of local cuisine and gentle colors of spring.

More than 20 restaurants decided to take part in the event. From April 28 to May 11, 2025, they will surprise connoisseurs of local gastronomy with a taste palette and a variety of dishes: "Sakura" and "Primorsky Bagulnik", "Edge of Blossoming" and "Dauria", "Primorflower" and "Pink Dawn", etc. Some of the usual desserts will acquire a new “sound” both in design and with the use of additional ingredients. We can safely say that they are as perfect as those delicate spring flowers that nature has created.

By the way, this year the number of restaurants wishing to create a creative tandem with a spring flower has more than doubled. Creative approach to work on drinks and desserts is a direct way to continue the festival meals after the event, ensuring high demand for restaurant services.

What could be better than a romantic dinner in one of the restaurants of Vladivostok after a tour to the flowering places of rhododendron? Participants of the gastronomic history of the local history festival invite residents and guests of the city to enjoy the flowering season in various delicious options.
