The National Center "Russia" in Primorye on Thursday, December 25, hosted a gastronomic dinner, presenting the history of the Far East through taste. Seaside chefs have shown that cooking can be not just a part of culture, but a real language in which the region tells about itself.
The unique concept of the “New Year’s table of the Far East” became a journey through time: from the ancient traditions of indigenous peoples and the first Russian settlers to the Soviet era, modernity and futuristic views on the cuisine of the future. Each of the six courses embodied an era, and together they formed a living history of the region - a synthesis of cultures, times and traditions that connects the past and the present.
Guests of the dinner went on a gastronomic trip together with leading chefs of Vladivostok: Alexandra Franco from Roman Kotovsky from the restaurant >>>>>>>>>>>, target"no"no"no"no"herefrain"no"no"no"no"no"no"heat- Omlet station", Evgeny Kabanov from the restaurant "Millionka", by Alexander Levin of TOKYO and Maxim Mozharovsky of the panoramic restaurant
In the menu of the evening there are assortments of profitols with venison and pike caviar, pickled perch with lingonberry and octopus, Eastern Port veal with lemongrass sauce, multi-grain pasta in fleet style with white fish, ice cream from scallop and Far Eastern pianse with air foam from "Milkis", and the end was "Letter to the Future" - a dessert with laminaria, raspberries and caviar from lemongras.
Today, gastronomy has become one of the symbols of the region, along with the sea, hills and unique nature. Festivals “On the Ridge!”, “O!Mega Taste” and “Seaside Monsoons” annually gather tens of thousands of guests, forming the image of the Far East as a territory of taste and inspiration. Primorye confidently declares itself as the gastronomic capital of the region, where every dish feels the energy of the land, the sea and people who lovingly create a taste of the future.
