Delicious variety of gastronomic festivals of Primorye presented to guests of TTF-2025

Therefore, the guests of TTF-2025 were not only introduced to the dates of these events, but also offered dishes that emphasize the authenticity of the Far Eastern cuisine, the advantages of using local products, options for dishes for the street and restaurant part of gastronomic events.

As cold snacks, the forum guests were offered eclera with mousse of baked pollock with pickled vegetables and a scallop with laminaria, orange and marakuya sauce. 50 meals each.
