"Smell and Co" (12+). The menu will present a wide range of items: from available "seeds" and "fry" from smelt to exquisite flavor combinations and pure creativity of chefs.
The single price of "fry" from smelt this year will be 199 rubles, and navagi and smelt - 149 rubles for 100 grams of raw semi-finished products. Fresh fish comes from different areas of Primorye, Khabarovsk Territory and Sakhalin Region.
This year, the festival will combine gastronomic experiences with cultural ones. The organizers are working on the creation of a literary and gastronomic performance dedicated to Vladivostok, and in cooperation with one of the modern artists of the city plan to open an ironic exhibition of miniatures about winter fishing, as well as to hold a friendly dinner of chefs of various participating institutions in the format of a chef's table. Last year, 46 institutions from Vladivostok, Artem, Nakhodka, Khabarovsk and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky became participants of the festival. Smell was not only in the restaurant serve, but also perfectly "came" as a street dish. During the two weeks of the gastronomic holiday, the guests ate more than two tons of fish: from “fry” from smelt to author’s dishes from pollock and navaga. Thanks to the support of the festival, which provides participants with a free product, pollock is present in the festival menu for the third year. The best fish recipes based on the results of the festival are published on the website Pacific Russia Food and expand the base of affordable and tasty dishes for the entire Runet. The main conditions for participation do not change from year to year - kitchens must work on the product of the current season, only fresh fish has a special taste and quality.
> Recall that the winter fish festival has been held since 2019 and over the years has become a favorite winter holiday for residents and guests of the region.
