After all, from this time on the tables there is a traditional and favorite fried smelt - a tooth, a small mouth and a scribe. But winter fish is a welcome guest not only in kitchens, but also in restaurants: they offer author's variations of dishes with smelt, pollock and navaga.

During the festival, the chefs of Vladivostok and Nakhodka institutions delight guests with fresh fried fish and author's dishes from it.

During the festival in the establishments of Vladivostok seasonal fish is served at promocene. Mandatory dishes: fried smelt (size L 15 + cm) at a price of 249 rubles, smelt-smelt (size M 12 + cm) for 199 rubles, "pisuch" (size S 4-8 cm) and navaga 149 rubles. for 100 grams of raw semi-finished product.

The festival is organized by the School of Far Eastern Cuisine and the Pacific Tourism Union as part of the public project for the development of Far Eastern cuisine Pacific Russia Food.
