Gusto gastrobar

Gusto gastrobar, located in the Old Courtyard of GUM, is a favorite place for connoisseurs of haute cuisine and excellent wines. Laconic Scandinavian interior with an open kitchen, an abundance of light and natural materials creates an atmosphere of comfort and coziness.  Brothers Nikolaev (Ivan, Egor, Ilya) and Anastasia, Egor's wife, opened Gusto in 2016. 

Chef Alexey Alexin offers a menu based on seasonal local products. Pay attention to such specialties as breakfast with seafood sausages, tartare of dried beef with aioli of black garlic, soup of lactofermented pumpkin with crab and duck leg of confi with mashed cauliflower.

Wine card, numbering more than 100 items, is constantly updated. Chef-somelier Victoria Goncharova weekly changes the range of wines by glasses, offering guests a wide selection, with a focus on wines from new wine regions.
