Cascade is a fusion kitchen restaurant in the hotel and entertainment complex Tigre de Cristal.
In July 2023, the restaurant was radically transformed: in the new interior there was a lot of light from panoramic windows, natural materials and elegant details. For the renovated space, chef Arturos Barotyan created a completely new menu, where much attention is paid to seafood - both in solo performance and as part of many author's dishes
Cascade Restaurant operates every day on the à la carte menu and buffet format. For special events in the circle of loved ones or business meetings, there is a separate Ballantyne Room.
