Object 1. House of Pacific Fleet Officers

With the plays “The Boy from Our City” by K. Simonov and the anti-fascist play by A. Brustein “Continuation follows”, the work of the Pacific Fleet theater began in the conditions of the Great Patriotic War. Having created a new repertoire, the theater staff was divided into two front brigades and in November 1941 went to serve the military units of the Far Eastern Front.

* The Drama Theater of the Pacific Fleet is located in the building of the House of Fleet Officers.

Object 3. Capsule boards with city land

> Several capsules of earth were immured in the memory wall, which were taken from the places where the blood of Russian soldiers was shed during the battles for liberation from fascism.

> Here are the lands from the heroic Sanun Mountain, the hero city of Sevastopol and the land taken under Koeningberg. In addition, you can find a capsule from the Brest Fortress. Its defenders were the first to take the blow of the German-fascist army in June 1941.

Next is the land from the battlefields near the city of Kursk, in which the inhabitants of Primorsky Krai participated and which became a symbol of the unity of peoples.

The next compartment contains the sacred land taken near Moscow. The capsule is walled up in honor of the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in memory of the combat exploits of naval riflemen of the brigades who took part in the defeat of the German fascist troops near our capital.

Nearby is the land from the battlefields near Stalingrad, watered with the blood of fighters and commanders participating in the historical battles of the Great Patriotic War, including residents of Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai.

Object 4. Memorial complex "Combat Glory of the Pacific Fleet"

Memorial "Combat Glory of the Pacific Fleet" on the Ship Embankment is one of the most important sights of Vladivostok. This is the venue for solemn rallies, minutes of silence on Victory Day, the day of the end of the Second World War, the day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War, other solemn dates.

The Wall of Glory is built in the form of marble banners, on which 20 bronze slabs with the names of Heroes of the Soviet Union and full knights of the Order of Glory, who died during the Great Patriotic War, are reinforced, and the entire composition is crowned by the Eternal Flame.

Beside the pedestals there is a tower from an armored boat, as well as the 102-mm gun of the Obukhov factory, and the entire composition is crowned by the Eternal Flame.

Object 5. Memorial Guards Red Banner Submarine S-56
The S-56 submarine was laid down in 1936 in Leningrad, and then transported by rail to Vladivostok. The launch took place on December 25, 1939. In November 1941 she joined the Pacific Fleet.

During the Great Patriotic War, she made 8 military campaigns, conducted 13 attacks and fired 30 torpedoes. The result was four sunken enemy ships. During the war, the S-56 submarine was declared dead 19 times, but each time it surfaced again.

On February 3, 1945, the S-56 submarine was awarded the honorary name "Guards", and became the last submarine to receive this title during the Great Patriotic War.

On May 13, 1945, the S-56 took part in the naval parade of the Victory in the Kola Bay, and became the last submarine to receive this title during the Great Patriotic War.

Later, it was renamed more than once, used as a charging station afloat, and then for training as a training submarine.On May 9, 1975, the day of the anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, the submarine S-56 became a museum. Now it is located on the Ship Embankment in Vladivostok and is a thematic exhibition branch of the Military Historical Museum of the Pacific Fleet.

Object 6. Monument to Fleet Admiral N.G. Kuznetsov

Nikolai Kuznetsov led the combat operations of the Soviet Navy throughout the Great Patriotic War. Personally, he visited all belligerent fleets many times, participated in the development and planning of combat operations of the lot and many operations of Soviet troops on the coastal directions. He participated in the Yalta and Potsdam Conferences of the Heads of the Allied Powers.

On September 14, 1945, for his services to the leadership of the Navy during the war with Hitlerite Germany and militaristic Japan and for his courage and heroism, he was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the award of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal.

Object 7. Stele "City of Military Glory"

The height of the stele is 10 meters, it is located in the center of the composition and is crowned with a double-headed eagle. On the one hand, a bronze cartouche with the text of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation is reinforced, on the back - a cartouche with the coat of arms of the city.

At the corners of the site there are four stands with bronze bas-reliefs. Each of them depicts important historical periods that influenced the awarding of the honorary title to Vladivostok.
