Cape Pine
Cape Sosnovy is a visiting card of the Marine Reserve
Cape Sosnovy is a place where the mountain slopes smoothly pass into the sea, and among the rocks hide bizarre kekur. The most famous of them is the Ark kekur, who received the nickname “Pants” due to his unusual shape. This is a real symbol of the reserved territory, which can be seen on postcards and photo albums about Primorye.
Besides kekur, the cape is famous for relict pine trees that grow directly on steep cliffs, creating an atmosphere of a wild and pristine corner of nature. Here you can see seabirds, as well as largue seals that rest on Baklanya kekurs.
The best time to visit Cape Sosnovy
It is best to come to Cape Sosnovy in the warm season - from late spring to early autumn. In summer, the sea is especially clear here, and the sun makes the rock formations even more spectacular. In autumn, the golden needles of relict pines create a special atmosphere of comfort.
