The embankment on Tatarskaya is one of the few places in Vladivostok where you can relax from the bustle of the city, while remaining within the city. It is located in the Soviet district and offers both active rest and secluded walks along the water.
The territory of the embankment is divided into two zones: calm, with wooden flooring and comfortable sunbeds, and active, where workout zones, a playground and sports equipment rental are equipped. The beach area is paved with pavers, and along the water there are wooden paths that create comfort for walking.
In the summer, cafes work here, and the main feature of the embankment are SUP walks - this place is one of the popular points for SUP surfing in Vladivostok.
The best time to visit the embankment on the Tatarskaya
It is comfortable to visit the embankment at any time of the year, but it is especially popular in summer and early autumn. At this time, you can swim, sunbathe, have picnics or rent a SUP board and go on a short trip along the coast.
In spring and autumn it is good to walk here: fresh sea air and the absence of crowds create an atmosphere of calm. Even in winter, the embankment attracts fans of SUP walks, which traditionally open the season
How to get to the embankment on Tatarskaya
By bus:
- You can take routes #23, 77, and 82, get off at the "Bus Station" stop, and then walk about 10 minutes.
By car:
- Head toward 38 Tatarskaya Street, where there's convenient parking. You can then walk along the embankment, starting from the designated entrance with the art installation.
