The temple-chapel of St. Andrew the First-Called in Vladivostok was built in 2005 on the initiative of the command of the Pacific Fleet. The decision to build it was made after the relics of the Apostle Andrew the First-Called were brought to Vladivostok in 2003.

A small single-domed white church accommodates 40-50 people and is decorated with icons of military-church themes. They depict Russian soldiers, listed as saints, such as George the Victorious, Alexander Nevsky and Fyodor Ushakov. 

Tourists can visit the services, explore the interior of the chapel with unique icons and learn more about its history. Nearby is the memorial complex "Combat Glory of the TOF".

Every Saturday at 16:00 there is an evening service, and on Sunday at 9:00 – Liturgy. Especially solemnly in the chapel church is celebrated the day of memory of St. Andrew the First-Called, which is celebrated on December 13. On this day, special prayers and services are held dedicated to the patron saint of sailors.
